At Human Made that meant the project management discipline globally, then APAC delivery. Sole commercial, relationship and delivery accountability for eight concurrent retained accounts across performing arts, private health insurance, law, state government, aged care and tourism, with no account management layer above. Scoping, retainer commercials, escalation, resourcing and release, with a team of employees and contractors across Melbourne, Barcelona and Genoa.

Escalation point for delivery risk across the region. Built the playbooks and delivery standards used across five regional teams, and co-led structured performance metrics tied to delivery KPIs.

Led a global team of ten project managers and was the senior leader for APAC. Grew the region from 10 to 20 contributors in twelve months, and APAC delivered close to 43% of company revenue in FY2021/22. Built the hiring process behind 85% retention and the progression framework, aligned to Radford.

Coordinated the first all-women and non-binary release squad to ship a major version of WordPress.

A free mentorship scheme to get more women into leadership in WordPress businesses. Produced the 2024 Gender Equality in WordPress Businesses report: 323 respondents across more than 90 businesses.
