Well, hey there! I’m Dee Teal, a Senior Project Manager with Evolution7 a web agency making excellent applications for enterprise clients. I work with teams and stakeholders to bring projects to life, all from the comfort of my own home in Melbourne, Australia.
Working on large projects, and small, with team members from all corners of the globe, I’ve built this site to share what I’ve learned about managing people, processes, and myself in a distributed environment.
I’m also co-host of a podcast called ‘Future of Team‘ where I get to geek out with my co-host James Giroux exploring concepts of leadership, culture and people operations from a starting point of being remote-first, in tech, lean and looking to scale.
